My name is Margaux and I’m an aspiring multimedia artist.
Since I was little, art has been in my blood. I can still remember how fascinated I was with drawings, abstract paintings, cartoons, and animated pictures. I’m a big fan of animated movies. I’ve always been fond of those lifeless characters that come to life. They’re really cool and fun to watch.
Because of this, I dreamed of becoming a contemporary artist and creating my own spectacular designs using a wide range of media. Right now, I’m about to finish a degree in multimedia arts. And what made me decide to pursue such a career?
The Line of Work
Multimedia artists create animation visual effects or television, movies, video games, and other media. They create two and three dimensional models and animation. Their works are used in a variety of products, such as computer games, movies, music videos, or commercials.

It’s really surprising how people of all ages have become digitally dependent. No doubt, we are so addicted to the Internet, online gaming, and social media these days.
Even children, as young as four, are not only in the habit of watching cartoons but are also becoming so addicted to video games on tablets, and smartphones.
With the growing addiction of people to digital application and gadgets, expected growth will be due to increased demand for multimedia artists in various industries in the coming years.
