At CIIT, we hold onto a cherished tradition: before the bustling energy of a new school year kicks in, we hit the pause button. To truly inspire our students and tackle the challenges ahead, our team must first be inspired and re-energized. Keeping this tradition alive, CIIT employees traded their usual work routines for the CIIT Company Outing 2026 at CaSoBē (Calatagan South Beach) in Batangas to reconnect, deepen relationships, and reset for the upcoming academic year.
Spearheaded by Jonalyn Bawar of the Human Resources Department, together with the SHS and HR teams, the company outing was organized to give employees an opportunity to relax outside the workplace while building stronger connections with colleagues across different departments.
Strengthening Teamwork and Connections
The first day centered on team-building activities designed to encourage teamwork, participation, and camaraderie among CIIT employees. Despite the rainy weather, employees remained enthusiastic and continued to make the most of the activities.

The outing also gave employees the chance to interact with colleagues they may not regularly work with. One participant shared that the experience was helpful in meeting people from other departments.
More than a break from the usual work routine, the event created shared experiences that helped employees connect and strengthen relationships with one another.

A Night to Relax and Celebrate
The Social Night brought employees together in a more casual setting where they could unwind, socialize, and enjoy each other’s company.
The evening featured performances from CIIT employees Mark Santos, Francis Acebuche, AJ Baston, and Zaldy Cruzado Jr., adding entertainment and energy to the celebration. Nicole Dagondon, HR Director and one of the Board Members, also joined the employees during the activities.

For attendees, the event served its purpose as both a refreshing break and an opportunity to build stronger connections. One employee described it as “a great way to take a break from work and just enjoy each other’s company,” while another simply summed up the experience with, “Super enjoy naman ito.”
Despite the rainy weather, the atmosphere remained positive and lively throughout the outing. Employees continued to participate enthusiastically in the activities, showing the camaraderie and sense of community shared among CIIT employees.
Through activities like the Company Outing 2026, CIIT College of Innovation and Integrated Technology continues to create opportunities for its employees to connect, strengthen working relationships, and build a more collaborative community.
