Follow the steps below to take charge of your future — and see it happen at CIIT.
Go to admissions.ciit.edu.ph and click New Registration. Choose your application type — Senior High School or Bachelor’s Degree — then click Register Now.
Enter your Gmail address, click Verify Email, and check your inbox for a PIN. Copy and paste the PIN into COAST to proceed.
Who can create an account?
Once your email is verified, fill out the Registration Form completely and accurately. Use your personal Gmail — this will be your official COAST email for all updates.
Before proceeding, take a moment to review and agree to CIIT’s Data Privacy Policy.
Your well-being matters to us. This form helps us understand how we can best support your learning journey — all information is kept confidential under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
After completing your registration, you’ll receive a welcome email with next steps. Head back to the COAST homepage and sign in via Google using the same email address you registered with.
From your COAST dashboard, click Check Open Admission and select your desired term:
Click New Application, fill out the short form, and click Submit. Every field you complete brings you one step closer to what’s next.
Go to the Payments tab and click Pay Now. You can pay via Credit/Debit Card, GCash, GrabPay, Maya, BPI Online, UnionBank Online, OTC, or Coins.ph.
Once your payment is verified, your status will change to Payment Received.
💡 Tip: You’ll also return to this tab later to pay your Reservation Fee once you’re accepted.
In the Examination tab, click Schedule Exam and select your preferred date.

Need to move your schedule? The first reschedule is free; succeeding ones cost ₱200.
When exam day arrives, log in to COAST, open the Examination tab, and review the instructions carefully. Then take a deep breath — and prove that you’re built for the next big step
Your exam results reflect more than just your score — they help us see your potential and how you’ll thrive at CIIT. Expect updates within 10–15 business days. You may also be invited for an interview, so check your email regularly.
View your results in the Results tab or book interviews under the Health Declaration tab.
While waiting for your results, go to the Evaluators tab and add your evaluator’s details. This replaces the traditional recommendation letter — making it faster and easier.
Your evaluator should be someone who:
Inform them to check their inbox — we’ll send them the link directly.
(Note: Second Coursers are exempt from this requirement.)
Once accepted, reserve your slot early by paying your Reservation Fee in the Payments tab. Slots are limited — make sure you secure yours before it’s gone.
When enrollment opens for your term, upload your scanned requirements in the Enrollment tab.
