Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts and Design


Visual Arts and Design focuses on the general principles and techniques of visual communication for effectively expressing ideas and information through the use new age technology, as well as harnessing the innate capabilities for an individual in the digital and other formats to connect effectively towards business and consumer-related audiences. This course will also prepare students in various discipline in the applied arts, its media, and significant concepts for visual communication.

  • Production designers - work in the entertainment industry, be it in film, television, or theater. They develop a complete visual framework for the production they're working on in collaboration with the director and producer.
  • Animators - draw storyboards, create models, design animated environment needed for filming. They also design characters and create each frame for filming and make sure that they meet the demands of the script.
  • Graphic Designer & Illustrator - conceptualize and design almost all forms of print and digital communication --- from brochures, to posters, from websites, to blogs.
  • Food Stylist - makes a chef's recipe or food product look like a masterpiece. They work for advertising agencies, cooking networks, and other types of lifestyle media.
